The site provides information about ENTELXCORE’s services, company details, and free tools. Content is for general informational purposes and may change without notice.

Submitting a project inquiry or contacting us by email does not create a client engagement. Any paid work or deliverables are governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

CommitBar, RunBar, UsageBar, and any other free tools we publish are provided free of charge for personal and public use, “as is”, without warranties of any kind. You download and use them at your own risk. We may update, replace, or discontinue free tools at any time.

Unless a separate license file shipped with a tool says otherwise, you may use the tools for lawful purposes. You may not misrepresent the tools as your own product, remove copyright notices, or use them in a way that harms ENTELXCORE or others.

The ENTELXCORE name, logos, site design, text, and other original content are owned by ENTELXCORE or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape for competing commercial use, or redistribute site content without prior written permission, except for fair personal reference or as allowed by mandatory law.

Some software or downloadable tools may be distributed under separate license terms accompanying those downloads. In case of conflict, those license terms prevail.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt service, probe vulnerabilities without authorization, submit malicious content, spam forms, or use automated means in a way that overloads or harms the site.

The site and free tools are provided without warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ENTELXCORE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the site or free tools. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Greek or EU law.

The site may link to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Courts of Greece have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you qualify as a consumer.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
